Who Owns the City (Lenticular Print)

Watch cars zooming by when you walk past this lenticular print featuring Hamburg's Köhlbrandbrücke. This is guaranteed to keep your visitors busy walking back and forth for a while. After all, who else has animated artworks on their walls?

A firmly attached sheet with an array of lenses creates the animation effect, no electricity or batteries required.

How it works

Lenticular prints are printed with multiple animation frames interlaced. With a specially formed lens sheet glued on top, each viewing angle displays a different frame of the animation.

If you move the print, you see all animation frames playing one after another - just like a movie.
